Quick Play Sling Player is made by the Sling Media by which the users can view and control there cable network to an internet enabled devices like computer, mobile etc. It encodes the video into VC-1 format for the transmission over the internet and generates an Infrared blaster. This Infrared blaster and the video encoded can be accessed through internet.
