Overview:
Sony Electronics releases Sony Reader App, an eBook reader app for Android devices. It is a new mobile app for phones with Android 2.2 or higher.Designed with intuitive interface for users to read books on the mobile devices while on the go, this app enables users to swipe and turn the page, make bookmarks and adjust the font size base on their experience. Once the user logs in with a username, it automatically syncs previously purchased books, and like the e-readers, while supportingePub and PDF formats. In addition, text can be easily highlighted and the font can be adjustedalong with brightness settings right from the page being read.
Sony reader also enables multiple bookmarks and highlights to be stored and visited by pressing Menu > Jump To. It is reportedly pre-loaded with three classic titles and three excerptsfrom bestsellers.
